--Stolen from Abby's blog...I love this! It explains why my house is such a mess, but my children are very happy!
Cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow,
for children grow up we learn to our sorrow,
so quiet down cobwebs and dust go to sleep,
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

Ha! I love it - I stole from you guys the motherhood in pictures idea...but I never gave any of you credit, sorry! This old poem was cross stitched by someone (a family friend) and hung outside of my bedroom door for God knows how long. I know it by heart I've seen/read it so many times. And I love it. Seems so touching for the moms that enjoy being moms - like us! 'course, the piece burned in the fire and I contemplated having one done for my Mom as a present but I think it means more to me than her. Just one of those small things you grew up with but don't realize how much you enjoyed (or now miss) until it's gone, know what I mean? But I agree with it and you - my house may be messy, but my baby girl is happy and knows I love her!
